Product Guarantee & Return Policy

At Everest Linens, we understand that bedding products are very personal in nature and that many consumers want to see and feel the fabric before making a purchase. That is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item we sell. We are so confident that you will love the look, feel and fit of your new bedding products, we are happy to offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products, provided they are returned in original, unused condition. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please refer to the return policy below to receive a full refund or exchange.

Custom made bedding and/or used bedding products may not be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise includes products that have been sewn improperly (defective stitching, wrong size, etc.) or that do not conform to the specifications in the order placed by the customer (wrong features, wrong fabric, etc.). Defective merchandise does not include products that break down due to wear and tear, improper laundering, harsh detergents, etc.

If you would like to return your purchase, please make sure to follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving the product. You may obtain an RMA by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-NEATBED (632-8233) or by emailing us at customerservice@neatsheets.com. Please provide us with your name, order number and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  2. Within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization, ship the item to the address you are provided. Returned bedding products must be in their original, unused condition, and must include all original packaging and inserts. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and on a packing slip with your name, address, and order number. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number for the shipment (i.e., FedEx or UPS). Everest Linens cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items for return must be received by Everest Linens no later than 60 days after the original delivery date to the customer.
  3. Once the product is received by Everest Linens, please allow 5 business days for inspection and processing of the return and the issuing of the credit. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment. Once Everest Linens issues a credit, please allow an additional 15-20 business days for your credit card issuer to have the credit appear on your statement.
  4. No credit or refund is due for bulk purchases, special order items or items returned without an RMA or beyond the allowed return period. Everest Linens may, at its sole discretion, accept an item which does not meet the above conditions and charge a non-refundable re-stocking fee of $20.00 or 20% of the item price, whichever is greater. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns on orders of 3 items or more.
